Dan helped us when he didn’t have to. He was booked up and couldn’t get to us when our dishwasher stopped working. He walked through the issue on the phone with us and we found a fix together so we could use our dishwasher over Thanksgiving weekend. We will use Dan going forward for any needs.
Dan provided prompt response and was very knowledgeable being able to diagnose the issue with our Samsung Washing Machine over the phone. Dan was able to provide an accurate estimate and made quick arrangements to attend in person to confirm his diagnosis. I had done some research online prior to the call and Dan was 100% correct.Dan advised he would take the washer to his shop and gave his assurance the job would be completed in 4 days (not including the weekend).Dan called the morning of delivery and time exactly when he had promised. Delivery was completed and the washer was reconnected as promised.I would definitely, and highly recommend Dan’s services. Thanks Dan!
Dan was friendly and professional. He returned all my calls and was able to fix my refrigerator in one visit.I was so impressed with his service that I called him back to fix my dishwasher.
