Recent customer experiences highlight the company's helpfulness and dedication to customer satisfaction. One customer appreciated Darren's helpful suggestions for creating stairs at the rear of their deck, despite some delays, and was pleased with the final outcome. Another customer loved their new windows, noting that the installers left no mess and that the company even contacted the blind business to resolve a fitting issue with an expensive blind. A third customer shared their satisfaction with a front door purchase and installation, describing the process as hassle-free and recommending Connor Windows to friends.
This summer Connor windows and doors installed beautiful white railings to my front and back porches. I’m extremely happy with how they look and the workmanship. The two gentlemen who installed the railings worked carelessly to ensure a perfect job. I’m extremely happy with my new railings. Thank you Darren, Ritchie/Connor windows and doors for enhancing the look of my home.
Darren Richie did the measurements and provided a quote in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the quote and proceeded with the order.
The windows were ready to put in much sooner than planned.
Chris and his partner were the installers. They were very efficient at their job. Kept the area covered with tarps to keep the mess in one place. The two boys were precise with the instillation and left the area clean. Removed all the stickers on the windows which made my job very easy. We would highly recommend this company for any of your needs.
Darren and Lindsey are great to deal with, if you want a professional feel but personalized service this is your ticket. Just had Chris and adam install 12 windows and a custom door and they did a knockout job, unreal finishing and Darren was there to check it out before the boys left. Can’t recommend them enough I won’t use anyone else!
