I recently completed the Emergency First Aid course through the John Howard Society, and it was an excellent experience. The training was well-organized, practical, and easy to follow, with a strong focus on real-life situations.

The instructor did a great job keeping the group engaged while making sure everyone felt comfortable asking questions and participating. The hands-on portions were especially valuable and helped build confidence in responding to emergencies.

I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain essential first aid skills in a supportive and professional environment.
