The PSW‘s who work there are very good in Peterborough, my 97-year-old aunt was very pleased with their service and friendliness for the most part. The office is an absolute nightmare, they don’t coordinate visits and communicate properly with their people that are out in the field. I have had three phone calls this week from there “ Customer service” Group about the same issue that I spoke with a supervisor about five days ago. When you call in you end up sitting on hold, but at least they have a callback service

I have nursing care from CBI. Most of the nurses are okay, a couple are really excellent, and a couple are (I'll be polite) not very good at all. Examples; not dressing wounds properly, so I had to get up at 3am to re-do what they were supposed to do, and causing pain. Also tonight is the second time that no-one has called to let me know when (or if) they will be here tomorrow. I'm getting fed up and depressed. Thank heavens I'll be finished with home nursing soon!

They don't set a schedule in advance, they don't call, they arbitrarily don't turn up and don't let you know before hand, or call to reschedule. Unreliable care is not care.
