I went into the store not having a lot (if any) knowledge of the items I went in for. Thanks to James, who was extremely patient and very helpful, I was able to get exactly what I needed.
Purchased a 32 inch 5 days ago, along with pre paid visas & gift cards. Cashiers was, after a few minutes an employee showed up to help. Obviously didn't work cash because he struggled for a few minutes to help me get gift receipts. What should have taken a couple minutes ended up taking nearly 15 from line up to walk out. I was flushed enough not to notice I was over charged by $20+ on the TV that was $149.99 + envo fee+ hst.
I was charged $169.99. I have been contacting best buy for 3 days now. No call back. The store does not take calls, So you are directed through a call center.
I would simply go back in but I do not live close. Definitely not recommending...read full review
