I called Ackison Electric Sat morning of the Thanksgiving weekend about an outage at my home. Shawn/Sean of Ackison Electric arrived within 20mins of my call to assess the issue. He prioritized me and remained here; over having to attend a celebration of life for a family member; to ensure that I was looked after by Hydro One in a timely manner. He was even willing to return after the celebration of life to see that all was looked after. Wow! I strongly recommend Dave's team at Ackison Electric, and offer a tip of the hat to Shawn/Sean for his dedication to a customer in need ahead of his personal commitments.. The team at Ackison Electric helped us completely renovate and modernize our home with ongoing electrical services including an uninterupted Generac Power supply generator. They were amazing and worked with our other contractors to ensure smooth and seamless installation and ongoing support of all our electrical needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
