The service here is amazing! They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. To give you some context, I went in on Friday to get my windshield assessed because I had a very large crack. The kind staff quickly ordered a new windshield for me and booked an appointment right then and there. The appointment was booked for Wednesday, which I found extremely quick (less than a week wait). Over the weekend I parked under a pretty big tree and woke up the next day to a car covered in bird poop, and I mean absolutely covered. Hard-working, dedicated and compassionate staff.I had a bit of a complex case going on with needing a windshield repaired on an older vehicle, the staff at Jeff’s auto were amazing to deal with during this challenging time. They offered many updates, support, and were able to get me back driving very fast. It also didn’t help that my vehicle was a complete mess on the inside, but with their attention to detail, I feel I am left with a renewed shiny car. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
