I was referred to Perth Motors by locals for a new set of tires. I got a quote I liked & ordered the tires & installation from Jane over the phone. A few days later, Jane called me to inform me that they got the tires for a lower price than expected & she lowered lowered my quote by $50! They could’ve easily pocketed the difference with me being none the wiser.As I waited for my tires to get installed, I had the pleasure of watching Paul & Jane interact with local customers. They treated everyone on a familiar first name basis with a attentiveness one gives to a close friend. A class act all around. Fantastic service. They were able to squeeze us in at the last second on a Friday afternoon because our car was having issues travelling through Perth. Jane was incredibly friendly, brought our dog water while we waited, and the technicians were efficient and honest. I’m not used to having such great service at auto repair shops.
