“I reached out to Todd while he was on calls this afternoon. He asked me to drop off the lock cylinder which had a broken key shaft inside. I imagined a worse case scenario where I might have to replace the lock set. Upon returning from his calls Todd called me and advised me he removed the key without an issue, lubricated the lock cylinder and cut me a replacement key. Very prompt resolution at a very low cost.”
