Always get good service here in person here. Unfortunately they seem to be short staff. Getting an answer by phone has been next to impossible which is rather frustrating. I have left messages and called multiple times.

Cynthia has gone above and beyond for me at this location. I was having several issues with mostly overdraft fees and being scammed by a loan company. I went to several branches where all of the tellers would tell me they can’t refund the overdraft fees when cibc had initially made the mistake. Thank you for your etiquette work performance, we need more like you!
