New to the area, I had my muffler repaired, they were friendly, efficient, professional, very fair on price and while talking to other customers and observing the interactions with customers while waiting it became obvious that the folks here are well treated by this Midas, definitely will be coming back!

I couldn’t be happier with the service at this brake, muffler, and oil-change shop located in Pembroke, Ontario. The staff at this wonderful Midas location were honest, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. Big shout out to the franchisee ‘John Turner’. He had his staff diagnosed my car’s issues right away, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road quicker than I expected. Fair pricing, quality work, and excellent customer service, easily the best automotive service I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend.

John, Frank and the technicians are the best I've dealt with in a very long time. I have never had a bad experience there in all the years they have been my 'shop'.
