Their detailed assessment, timely quote and ability to schedule the install within days separated them from the rest. In addition the Fujitsu unit they installed is the most highly rated for performance and reliability on the market. It came with a 12 year parts and compressor warranty which beat the competition's 10 year warranty. Parry Air is experienced in the area and has done many similar installs near us. I found them to be friendly and professional. We are having them install a propane furnace and they gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. They were also able to help us arrange the propane tank as well. Thanks to Pete and the staff for a job well done.

These guys are awesome. Even though he was backed up, he gave me excellent pointers over the phone to how I can troubleshoot my own furnace. No one does that for you anymore. Great custom service
