I had a fantastic experience with Tyler from CIBC. I was with a different mortgage company for 20 yrs. The customer service and rates were underwhelming so I chose to seek a new mortgage holder. From start to finish Tyler held my hand and walked me through the process as I am not very knowledgeable with mortgages.
