I had a fantastic experience with Tyler from CIBC. I was with a different mortgage company for 20 yrs. The customer service and rates were underwhelming so I chose to seek a new mortgage holder. From start to finish Tyler held my hand and walked me through the process as I am not very knowledgeable with mortgages. He answered all my questions, offered different scenarios, competitive rates and was patient with me throughout it all. I am so happy I switched and feel like I should have done it sooner. Highly recommend this salon. I needed a new cut and the colour of my hair blended. The recommendation was right on and my colour turned out beautifully. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about highlights, colour, hair texture and cuts.
