The business offers installment loans, Payday Loans, Cheque Cashing, Currency exchange, as well as Money Transfer, Money Orders, and Bill Payments through their partner MoneyGram®. Customers consistently praise the wonderful service and patient, smiling employees, who make the experience enjoyable, even for customers with children. The staff is described as always helpful, polite, and efficient in meeting customers' needs. The Owen Sound branch, in particular, is highly recommended for its excellent service and friendly atmosphere.
Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. I had a fundraiser set up for my coworkers whose homes were damaged from a hurricane. The Money Mart staff helped me set up and transfer using their MoneyGram system. 5 stars - highly recommend.
Wonderful service from every employee. Always leaving me with a smile on my face. Employees have wonderful patients for us. And my kiddos always enjoy the little giveaways and free treats. Staff always wear a smile!
I can not give enough credit to this Owen Sound store. The ladies there ( Anne & Deanna ) are so easy to work with and they answered any question I had. Very well mannered and not snotty like some other places. I'll definitely recommend to my friends. Keep up the great service ladies
