I have always purchased tires here at the Owen Sound store, due to the wonderful attention received and very competitive pricing. And this latest experience on Jan 3 was no exception. One of my tires had a slow leak, and required me to check it and top it up with air several times at home. Upon arriving at the store without an appointment as it was low, they took me right in after a short wait, and put the tire through all the usual steps. Found it was only the value stem that was defective, and no need to replace the tire, thank goodness for their integrity. Excellent customer service. My first time at this shop and they treated me like I had been coming there for years. They went above and beyond to figure out a problem that came up while doing an oil change. Highly Recommend!! Thank you so much to the team!

I own a moving business and my family and I have been using Mcarthur Tire for years. Their service is 100% 5 star worthy in my opinion. They have always made a great effort to squeezing us in last minute and providing us with quality service. Today Mike personally delivered our tires due to how busy we have been, and being unable to make it in. If you are a local looking for a great company who puts there customers first, hands down I would highly recommend.
