Gold stars flying out the door here. Stopped at McArthur on a Friday at 4:55 closing time with a screw in my tire...on vacation. The wonderful staff took care of it promptly and had it fixed in no time. Costumer service ya they got that covered. All smiles, can't thank them enough.
I have always purchased tires here at the Owen Sound store, due to the wonderful attention received and very competitive pricing. And this latest experience on Jan 3 was no exception. One of my tires had a slow leak, and required me to check it and top it up with air several times at home. Upon arriving at the store without an appointment as it was low, they took me right in after a short wait, and put the tire through all the usual steps. Found it was only the value stem that was defective, and no need to replace the tire, thank goodness for their integrity.
