I am very happy with the services provided by Carole and the two Bruces, sr. and jr. technicians when I had to come twice in emergency situations to have an emergency parking brake installed in order to get a safety certificate issued on time and to have a loose heat shield resecured in my 2016 Toyota Venza. I enjoyed talking to these three people. They were patient with me, answered my questions and showed me the work being done which was very informative since I myself am mechanically - oriented. The time slots were created expeditiously to accommodate the jobs to be done and the charges were very reasonable. I would certainly recommend anyone to go to this establishment to get their vehicles serviced. The services provided were worth travelling from Port Elgin. Thanks again to the staff of Kilsyth Auto.
Kilsyth Auto are amazing people. Resonable shop rates. Great customer service. Always trying their best to get you back on the road as soon as possible. Very understanding of customers bugets so they will only do the nessesary repairs to keep you safe on the road. Great communication with customers about the estamates and work needed. not my usual shop but highly recommended. If i wasnt so loyal to my usual mechanic i would switch. honest, skilled mechanics fair prices and good location.
