I recently stopped in to purchase a new saw. I’ve had Sthil saws in the past but never a new one. Forget kijiji forget the auction sites! Go buy a new saw from Scott, Ryan and the team at Hasties, Scott addressed my saw needs and Ryan walked me through the safe operation of the saw. Top notch service!
Amazing customer service. They were direct and to the point and open and honest about the chainsaw I needed. I researched and was decided on the MS261C. They also test ran it and showed me all the features of the saw, proper maintenance and correct break in period. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
