Received excellent response when I called about unresponsive fireplace remote transmitter. Amanda was able to send Brian the very next day & he was polite, efficient & most helpful.He diagnosed the problem & replaced the remote units within 1 hr of arrival.We have dealt with Gas Plus now for many years & cannot say enough about their prompt & amazing service. I was in the market for a new furnace for our cottage. A relative recommended Gas Plus as he had been pleased in his dealings with them. I noticed that they are a Napoleon dealer and I found Napoleon furnaces attractive: their modular design and good warranties. Gas Plus sent someone to make a site inspection and then offered me a Napoleon furnace and an installation package (each with a 10% dealer discount) and a VIP service membership. When I was about to confirm the purchase, the sales lady informed me that they were having trouble getting ETA from Napoleon. She offered me a different make of furnace. I really wanted Napoleon, so I contacted a Napoleon dealer in Barrie....read full review
