The Townsend electric company is amazing to work with from calling and taking to Stephanie on the phone, John coming out to see what needed to be done to upgrade our home, and the amazing crew that came to do the work for us Sydney, Jordon, Brian, Daniel and Kyle. It was a full 3 days of work that needed to be done and it was done efficiently with upmost respect of our home and us. I highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs. We lost power overnight and called Townsend at 8 am. We had a man John on site at 8 30 am . John found the problem before he got into the house. A tree branch had worn through the power to the house. He came in and checked out everything and advised us to turn off some equipment. He called Stephanie at office and they had Hydro One come and repair the line to the house. Our thanks to John and Stephanie. This whole process took less than 2 hours. Very happy customers with advice to use Townsend Electric.

John found the problem with my outage and contacted Oshawa hydro to do the repair. Townsend came came to my home 20 minutes after I called. Great service. They’ll be my go to guys.Service: Electrical inspections
