Once again a text book example of customer care! We had a meter replacement by Enbridge which was a nightmare of inefficiency. From the 1st visit that determined that another group had to install a modification to the gas standpipe before the new meter could be installed to its installation a week later. Then the install of the meter which resulted in red tags because of a leak which could not be found. All with little or no evidence of customer communications ( a phone call the evening before, an email saying a technician was on his way after he arrived and two guys who left without saying anything).
