I requested a move in clean for a 1 bedroom condo. The previous tenant had already moved out and everything was gone. I hadn't moved in yet, so the place was empty. I got in touch with a bunch of cleaners and ended up going with Sparkle N Shine (Jennifer and her team). Communication was great and setting up an appointment was easy. The prices were also very fair ($110/h for 2 cleaners). Unfortunately I was disappointed in the overall quality of clean. The clean was estimated to be about 2 hours for a deep clean of the condo. I just bought a new house and needed a cleaning after termite fumigation and just hadn't been cleaned since I purchased it. I called different companies but Jennifer was very responsive, asked great questions to determine what kind of cleaning I needed and the appropriate pricing for it, and sent out a great team. The cleaning crew of two were friendly and professional and went above and beyond. The house was truly sparkling and shining after they finished. I am now scheduling a regular cleaning with Sparkle N Shine!

We had a three person team who came and did a deep clean for our 3 story, 4bed/4bath house. They were efficient, thorough, quick and friendly. They take the final walkthrough seriously, and spot clean any additional areas that we wanted further polishing. Additionally, the coordinator Jennifer did a terrific job coordinating and making sure the cleaners arrived, executed the work thoroughly and the house was left in a satisfying state.
