Wow wow wow. I've been going to sephora for years and always have never had any complaints very friendly staff, amazing products. But today's vist went above and beyond. Usually when I stop by staff are always super friendly and greet you when you enter the store. I always tell them I'm browsing and then walk around aimlessly because I can never pick my perfect shade and am too embarrassed to ask. Jennifer (I believe she was a manager) was so incredibly kind and gracious, something completely out of their control inconvenienced the appointment just a little bit and she comped my makeup service and gave me a goodie bag of samples. Honestly not necessary at all, I completely understood they had no control over the situation, but it was so nice to be considered and made to feel special for my birthday makeup. And Ashley, my artist, was absolutely incredible! Such an incredible eye for detail and super easy to vibe with. I would definitely come back to get my makeup done again!
Melissa did my makeup for my wedding. I got the 90 minute glam makeup. She was so precise and a bit of a perfectionist which is exactly what you want in a makeup artist. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Thank you so much Melissa, I appreciate you. I definitely recommend using her.
