I had the Glass Skin Facial with Yailin, and it was an exceptional experience. Despite arriving 20 minutes late, the front desk staff and owner were incredibly accommodating and adjusted my appointment without making me feel rushed. Yailin took the time to assess my skin and customized the treatment to better meet my skincare needs. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire experience relaxing and informative.
I also appreciated the referral program with a $25 referral credit and the monthly $25 gift card draw. If you're looking for personalized skincare, outstanding customer service, and visible results, I highly recommend Pure + Simple.
It was such an amazing experience at Pure+Simple Oshawa. From start to finish, the ladies there took care of me and turned my hard week into the best, soft self-care evening. Maria at Front Desk was a pleasure, as I was greeted with a warm welcome and a cup of tea. I had a hydrating facial booked with Jasmin, my first facial ever, and I will book again with her in a minute. Her energy, the ambiance, cleanliness and overall experience exceeded my expectations. Jasmin did an amazing job and I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after the appointment. I would highly recommend Friends and Family to visit this location. I look forward to booking my next appointment.
