These guys are solid. I took my BMW X7 here and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. We stopped in on a Saturday morning with a bit of a challenge. A rodent had chewed through one of our injector wires. Honda dealer does not sell a suitable replacement, she if a full engine harness. The guy at Parts Plug spent a generous amount of time trying to help us even though he did not have the specific part. Super friendly and knowledgeable.
