Very friendly, knowledgeable people who do excellent work. Mike, with the help of Ashley and Brent patiently guided me through the selection process for my beautiful new hardwood floors and unique carpet on my stairs while Ahmad and Khalil expertly installed them. Thank- you all very much for a pleasant, well -organized experience with great results.
I was happy with the service I received. I was looking for a front hall area rug in a neutral colour and found a suitable piece in the remnants area! The sales person was friendly and helpful.
I had my carpet replaced in my house recently. This was a fairly large monetary purchase for me, so it was a big decision. Right from day one when I entered the store I experienced great customer service. Mike Tarp, customer service rep, showed me my best options based on quality and price point. The order was placed, delivered and installed in a very timely manner. Mark installed my carpet and was very professional as well. I had a few minor concerns after the carpet was installed but both Mike and Mark addressed them quickly. The customer service never waivered from being excellent. I would highly recommend Oshawa Carpet One Flooring.
