North Oshawa Auto Repair Inc. is a trusted auto repair shop known for its honesty and professionalism. Customers appreciate the shop's clear communication about necessary repairs and their affordability. Many reviews highlight the quick and efficient service, with one customer even receiving free assistance for a minor issue. The shop operates on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing clients to drop off their vehicles the night before for timely repairs. They are happy to discuss what needs to be fixed today and what can be left for another day. Al provided detailed explanation of issues and offered two options to go ahead and fix the exhaust system, keeping open communication throughout the whole process. The cost was much less than expected, and the job was completed and the car was back the same day.
I was in a pinch and my exhaust broke. I showed up unannounced 10 minutes before they closed. They had no problem taking me in, fixing my exhaust and found a major problem that my last exhaust shop created and corrected that as well. They not only do great quality work, but also have great character to help me in such a way in my time of need. I highly recommend.
Great guys, even better service. I was in and out faster than I could blink, and the price didn't have me dropping my jaw. If you want honest, professional small-town service, these are your guys.
I've taken every vehicle I've owned here for repairs for over a decade now. They are the only mechanics I trust and they all seem like great folks.
Anytime a part needs to be replaced they clearly lay out the cost and the one time I had to get my truck towed from south Oshawa Al managed to get them to drop the tow price down since the tow company was totally ripping me off.
You couldn't put your vehicle in better hands, the only trade off for this place is its first come first serve no appointments so plan to drop your car off in the morning and make alternate travel arrangements. It's a small Hassel but well worth it.
