They stand by their work! I had never had to have a roof done before and may have a asked quite a few questions. They were polite, friendly and helpful. The work day was longer than expected due to the state of my roof, so they weren't able to clean everything up to their standards in the dark and came back the next morning to take care of it! And when I had an issue, they were they the next day to help. I highly recommend them.

Our old home’s roof got beaten up pretty badly with the winds last winter. We knew we needed to have our roof done but first had to sort out the finances. Between when we received a quote and when we were finally able to get the work done there were several months. We were told the quote price may not be exactly the same anymore. The team showed up on a freezing snowy morning and worked from early morning until past sundown. We had several layers of shingles to remove before the new ones could go on. But King Street did a great job with everything, worked around our and our neighbour’s home business related traffic, and were really kind with us. Now our roof looks incredible. Even a part of it that I wasn’t sure was included in the quote was done beautifully - the previous roofing hadn’t included that part and it showed. Plus, the quote was fully honoured!
