Spoke to Joe at the oshawa store about my hot tub issue. He was great. He was very interested in helping solve the problem . he even suggested that i call again for some other adviceif his did not do thje trick When it appeared that i needed someone to look at the tub he said he would put in the request for me. Whatever Joe is paid it should be increased. Do not lose Joe

This is my first time going into this location and I was pleasantly surprised. A young man by the name of Eamon helped me out by explain multiple different chemicals to me and showing me what would help and work best for my pool situation. I really appreciate both the quality of service provided along with the quality of the product. No negative notes from me on either end.

It’s not often I right a review, I was so impressed with the time and effort he put in to solve our issue.He offered useful and cost effective solutions. Darryl H was very knowledgeable. I was at two other pool places and was given incorrect information at both. Thank you Darryl, Management is very lucky to have such a great employee.
