My water heater had been fitted with shark bite fittings by an HVAC contractor that were leaking, and despite my specific request to avoid compression fittings, a Moen Flo device had been installed with exactly those. Hayes Plumbing listened to my concerns and was more than willing to rectify the situation. They replaced the problematic fittings with sweat fittings, a method that uses heat from a torch to solder the fittings together, ensuring a durable and leak-proof connection. This visit was not my first experience with their adept handling of plumbing complexities. Over the years, Hayes Plumbing has installed a back pressure valve for my irrigation system, ensuring its optimal performance and safety, and responded to emergency repairs with urgency and efficiency.
