I brought a car I took for a test drive from a used car dealership close by. I asked them to convince me not to buy the car. They spent 30 mins looking at it including a test drive and told me the issues they saw. I tried to give them $100 for their help but they wouldn’t take it. I took the business card instead and will definitely be coming here from now on. I can’t recommend them enough

I went to franks with a car emergency on a whim a few months back and I have since returned several times for the great service! I always leave with a smile on my face and still some money in my wallet because Frank is very very reasonable! He tells you how it is and always tries to explain the cars issues to me in simpler terms (I’m a girl in uni & don’t know anything about cars lol), that being said his explanations are perfect to relay to my dad when he starts asking me questions! This is my second time using Frank’s Auto services and I must say they go above and beyond each time - I was shocked how fast they serviced me and the quality of work is always 10/10! I’m super thankful my father found a reliable and trustworthy auto shop in Durham. I highly recommend checking them out! Thanks Frank and team for taking care of me - I really appreciate you guys!!
