I'm from Ottawa and I was visiting a friend nearby when my car had problems. It was late Friday when my car was towed there and it was ready for pickup the next day. Frank's got my car back on the road so I was able to get home safely. I really appreciated when Frank took me under the car to show me what was going on. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and reasonable prices. I wish this shop was in Ottawa! If they were in Ottawa they would have me as a regular customer. Thank you for squeezing me in, I am immensely grateful!
Frank is the most honest mechanic that I have met ..he will only spend your mony if you need something to be done..not like the dealer's who will take you for every dime ...thanks frank .
