First and last time using them.
Took my overalls to have 6 iron on patches put on.
I had to go in a total of 5 times. I had to keep going on to show them where I wanted the patches put. It then took them several days of sending them between stores to get it done.
One patch was a set of lips, it was put on upside down and not even ironed so fell right off when I went to remove it to fix it.
Wore them for the first time and another patch is already falling off.
I thought I would give them a try as they are close to where I live. My mistake. Lesson learned.

I came here to have my clothes altered to support a small, local business, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. These people don't know what they are doing. Go somewhere else, they will just destroy your clothes.

Dropped my winter coat off yesterday... The women said come back tomorrow at four it'll be ready... Return today.... Didn't even try to fix it..then was going to make me wait till Monday just to fix two teeth on the zipper .... Prices are unrealistic.. Very unprofessional...
