Thanks to Ron from Enercare Management team who scheduled the replacement of my rental water heater the same day after he finished the assessment.
Billy and Cam came to replace our rental water heater. They were supposed to come between 2 and 6 pm but came before 1pm which was very much appreciated. They told us what they were supposed to do and in less than 2 hours they were done. Fast, efficient, and friendly service. I am grateful that Enercare was able to schedule me on the same day and sent 2 very capable technicians. Highly recommended.
Matthew was on time, polite and respectful of my home. He was thorough and cleaned both our fireplaces with upmost care. He certainly did his best and exceeded expectations. He would be wleomce back to our home for maintennce any time. Thank you Matthew
