The guy in the wheelchair exceeded my expectations completely. Answered all my questions with no hesitations exactly what I needed to know and what I was trying to do. He made a lot of sense compared to my old school way I wanted to do things. A friend was having some issues with a tablet, phone and computer. Tytan at Geek squad was absolutely amazing. Patient with us as we explained the issues. Didn't make some 60+ year olds feel stupid.
