The installation process at the beginning was smooth, and when I encountered a problem five years later, Josh was incredibly helpful. His team came out to resolve the issue for free, thanks to the warranty. Their ongoing communication and customer service have been exceptional.

Josh from Berkhof’s was very timely and professional. I emailed on a Saturday he called that Monday and inspected/quoted that same week. Everything we had agreed to was done extremely well and efficiently! The work was done the week they mentioned it would be and they were finished in one day.
