They assisted me in planning my mother's service Sunday August 30, and took such good care of her. No request was ever a problem, from a random e-mail question to dropping in on a random visit. They are an incredible family and do their jobs extremely well; compassionate, caring, respectful, and very pro-active. I actually felt valued and cared for, which is a rare thing in this world nowadays. I had never planned a funeral before.
Amanda was so accommodating and understanding during the planning process, answering my silly questions. All the stress was taken off of me, and it was made very straightforward.

Armstrong really made the funeral planning process easy and took such great care of my dad. Sarah was phenomenal, detail oriented, caring, culturally and religiously conscientious, knowledgeable and respectful. Every step of the funeral preparation was well planned and seamless. We were supplied with all the necessary paperwork and even helped with completing government forms and tasks. They made a difficult time as easy as possible.
