I was hoping to find a pair of glasses that look as similar as possible to my current very old pair, but figured my chances were slim. Katie greeted me shortly after I entered the store, and when I described what I was hoping to find, she knew exactly how to help me. Sure enough, she quickly found a pair that looked almost identical to my current pair! And the cost was a fraction of a similar-looking pair I had found at a different store. I was thrilled and instantly said yes! My thanks to Katie for your expertise, friendliness, and professionalism. Much appreciated!
Picked out my new glasses today from Vezina Orleans. Very helpful staff all around. I was assisted by Katie who helped me pick out the perfect glasses. Very adorable intelligent girl. Highly recommend Vezina and Katie!
I went to pick some glasses today with my family and was able to find the right glasses. Shoutout to Olivier for a great customer service and help. Without going into details if it was not for Olivier today would have been the last time I would have been in that store. Thank you Olivier
