After a disappointing visit to the St. Laurent location, I went to the Tip Top in Orléans for my husband and was so glad I did. Ali greeted us with warm humour and gentlemanly charm, guided us through every detail without ever making us feel rushed or forced to buy, and even took the time to speak clearly and patiently so my hard-of-hearing mom could follow along. He looked sharp in a classic pinstripe suit, which instantly gave us confidence that we were in good hands. Highly recommend asking for Ali! Really turned a negative into a positive??
Had an awesome experience here! Phil and Inaz went above and beyond to help me out. I was trying on pants and didn’t have a belt, Phil kindly lent me one so I could get the right fit. They also helped me find the perfect suit size, making sure everything looked sharp and felt comfortable. Super friendly and professional service. Highly recommend this location if you want to be well taken care of!
Tip Top is a wonderful place to shop for Men’s clothing and is a National Brand store with great quality & consistency. Very helpful & friendly staff to assist you with all your needs. Prices are reasonable, especially when you hit the sale events.
