Specialities: My family have been going to Regal for a very long time, my husband and ùs, traveling in from Peterborough to Ottawa, every 3 to 4 weeks, before he passed away.
Cleanliness: Regal Nails ? is always clean, the stylists also clean-up afterwards.
Stylist: Today my stylist was Jan, and Cindy, my daughter's.
They were wonderful.
Had several good visits to this salon but last visit turned into 3 follow up visits for bubbling nail polish. I had the nails done on Saturday, put socks on 2+ hours after application and polish rolled up like it was still wet. Went back Sunday (156km round trip) and they were too busy to fix. Went back Tuesday, they patched with same polish (which I told them was bad...separating and clumping in bottle). Tech checked before I left, said it was dry. 2+ hours later, put socks and shoes and polish rolled up like it was wet again. Came back the 4th time (that's over 500km of driving due to living on a farm) and 2 of the staff treated me with contempt and disdain implying...read full review
