Party City is a store where employees go above and beyond to assist customers. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. When customers need help finding items or replicating decor ideas, staff members like Veronica and Valerie are happy to guide them through the process. They offer helpful advice and even warn about potential problems, like helium balloons popping in hot weather. With their wonderful work ethic and kind attitude, customers leave the store feeling satisfied and would highly recommend it. Party City is lucky to have staff members like Valerie and JD, who make customers feel included and valued.
I was looking for an item and I couldn't find it on the shelf so I asked a stuff to help so they looked up on the system if it was in stock. They found there were 92 left in the store so she guided me to the area where it should have been and there were none there. She was very kind and helpful and it's unfortunate that the system wasn't updated for her to assist with customer.
The employee veronica who had helped me was a sweetheart, she was so helpful and she made my kid feel very included in making the decisions as it was for his birthday as well, She asked all the right questions and had A good attitude. Wonderful work ethic. Would recommend coming here :)
First, I'd like to thank Valerie and JD. These two staff members are TOP TIER when it comes to service. Party City is very lucky to have them. I've been to this location a few times now & I've absolutely loved the service every time. Staff is always super accommodating, friendly & knowledgeable. I'll typically walk in with a picture or an idea of the decor I want to replicate & they've always done an AMAZING job doing everything they can to make it happen. I mean ABOVE & BEYOND kind of service. I recently wanted to buy helium ballons for a birthday party. Seemed simple & straight forward.
