Wow, Dan found an issue that needed to be repaired under warranty, that the dealership had missed during their inspection. I really appreciate the follow up and how he went above and beyond to figure out the larger issue. I'd give 6 stars if I could!

I’ve been to a few mechanic shops in Ottawa this is by far the best one I’ve been to in terms of honesty, work done, and communication. Work was done efficiently and the in depth videos they send about your vehicle really helps you make an informed decision on what needs to be done and what can wait. I’ll be back for sure and I’m sending my friends and family to them if they ever need work done 100%

I found Dan and Alex Gagnon to be very polite, knowledgeable, listening intently to my description about the electrical issue I had with my van. They promptly carried out a diagnostic check, found the issue and installed the faulty part fixing the problem in minimum time. I was very happy with the service they provided and encourage anyone with a car problem to take it to Dan and Alex.
