I’m really impressed with the customer service provided by Alex! He was able to fit my car in for a front brake replacement on short notice, and I really appreciated the video updates so I could follow along and see the before/after. Amazing service and quality work- thank you!

Reviews
If I could give more than five stars, I would! The customer service and my experience were exceptional.
I booked an Ontario safety standards inspection and wasn’t sure what to expect, as it was my first time needing one. After the inspection, Alex sent me a digital copy of the report along with a video showing and explaining how the inspection was done. I really appreciated being able to see the process for myself. It gave me a sense of transparency and care.
Alex and Dan also went above and beyond to help me with an unexpected situation. I’m truly grateful for the time and effort they put into helping me, and it’s clear they care about their customers.
