Arrived early at 7:30am Was told to take a seat and that I would be first in line for x-ray. No mention of having to register, or even asked to register while I waited. Then I realized people were registering and I was dropping out of first place. Not happy.
An appointment at Orléans Imaging, 2003 St Joseph, Orléans. What a let down!Three people are sitting at the front desk chatting. I give one of them my requisition and spoke French. Ooops! These people look at you as if you were speaking a foreign language. No, no, no none of them speak French!!! In Orléans, no less.There were signs telling you to take your boots off. Not one pair of blue slippers in sight. So you have to walk on your socks or barefeet.When I made the appointment I was told (at great speed) about sixteen different things to do or not to do in order to prepare. None of them were verified - perfum, jewelry, list of medications, no vitamins, etc.And what's...read full review
Amazing service, very friendly staff. I was in and out very quickly and my results were to my doctors office in a matter of two days. I will have all my imaging done here going forward.
