Orleans Family Health Clinic offers reliable appointment scheduling and attentive receptionists. A patient had a positive experience with their family physician. Another patient's family appreciated the pediatric allergist, Dr. Byrne, for his thorough explanations and calming demeanor. The resident doctor and the test administrator were also commended for their kindness and compassion. Overall, patients have received excellent and personalized care, highly recommending the clinic's services.
The reception at this clinic is next to impossible to get ahold of. Will spend a solid 45 minutes & several days attempting for your call to be answered. Unfortunate, as I have no complaints with my doctor at this clinic however when you can’t get ahold of anyone to see said doctor you are stuck utilizing walk in clinics instead.
It’s not a new issue, this has been going on for years. Leaves you feeling defeated before even picking up the phone to call.
While waiting to speak with a nurse at the clinic I had the opportunity to read some of the Goggle reviews and was somewhat taken aback. I have been a patient there since Dr. Moss was my primary care doctor, then had Dr. Hillier and now have Dr. Bennani. I have always found the front desk staff there to be courteous even though they seem to be constantly under a big workload. The on line booking system works extremely well.

I thought it was great, I saw a doctor there which actually listened to me. All the staff was so so nice, & everyone was on time, I would say it was my best experience with a doctors office in Ontario I have ever had
