I’ve used Once Upon A Move about four times now, and they continue to impress me every single time! They’re incredibly efficient, hardworking, and treat your belongings with the same care and respect as if they were their own. The communication before and during the move is always excellent — I never have to wonder what’s happening or when.

I’ve referred several family members and friends, and everyone has had the same fantastic experience. Scott and his crew were FANTASTIC! They are professional, smiley, amazingly strong, and respectful. We had a somewhat complicated move where this moving crew had to go to pick up household goods from two different locations in the Ottawa area and deliver them to three locations, one of which was in the state of New York. Everything worked well. I definitely recommend “Once upon a move” for your moving needs!
