We have had Millennium flooring do work at our house multiple times and we're always more than pleased with the end results. A few years ago We had the whole upper level done all at once with LVT it was quite an undertaking. From the owner Richard who came over and did the estimate to the staff in store who helped selecting the products to the installers, they were all very professional and made this big job that we were dreading go seamlessly well. We would definitely 100% recommend them.

A big shout out to MILLENNIUM FLOOR COVERINGS. I spent 4 months getting quotes to remove and replace 260 SF of ceramic tile. The quote from Millennium was 35% less than the next lowest of 5 quotes so it was a no brainer to go with them. They showed up as planned, and they were done within the estimated timeframe. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the end result because, through no fault of Millennium, the new tile I chose was much thicker than the original builder installed tile and, as a result, the floor was higher than the oak nosing around the open staircase to the basement (and I didn’t like the finished look of the tile reducers). The owner agreed to send his team back a month later to install thicker nosing so that it would be even with the new floor. This necessitated them having to remove/re-install the stair posts, railings and balusters. And to remove the tile reducers, they had to remove and replace 18 of the newly installed tiles, the cost of which Millennium covered. Now that is what I call ABOVE AND BEYOND. A number of years ago, I had an insurance claim for a burst pipe in a bathroom of my home. Millennium was given a portion of the contract for flooring and tiles. Here we are present day and I needed a new ceramic shelf to replace the original piece that developed a crack. Called Millennium to see if they would have one and was informed that they probably would have sourced the shelf from another local supplier. Given this time of Covid, where most customer service has gone out the window, Millenium took the time on my behalf to call their supplier for availability and called me back to provide the fact that the supplier had the shelf in stock, would sell it direct to me and contact information to make the transaction. Can’t say enough about this level of service and the Millennium staff member (Martin, I believe) who went the extra mile for a former client. If I need flooring again, I know who I will call !
