I find often they mail in kids cut, but JESS took the time to listen and gave them a proper cut. Thin it out and gave face framing layers. Brushing last night all I could think was he layers are perfect and the ends are so even and not chunky/choppy, which has been my experience. Will definitely go back.“

“Amazing experience! The salon fit me in between appointments after I explained I had a bad haircut, and they made sure I saw a senior stylist—Jennifer. She was incredible: took her time, explained what went wrong with the previous cut, how she’d fix it, and was transparent about pricing and expectations. She even called her next client to come a bit later so she could give my hair the time it needed.

Jennifer made sure to understand my natural hair texture before cutting, and gave me great tips on how to style it at home. She really knows what she’s doing and reassures you through every step. The salon is clean, professional, beautifully designed, and they offered me a drink. She also gave me a relaxing wash with a mini head massage and booked a follow-up to check how my hair grows out. I left feeling confident and so happy with my hair. Highly recommend!“
