We visited Great Canadian Oil Change for a tire change, but unfortunately they didn’t have the machine needed for our tires since they were already on rims. Even though we couldn’t get the service done there, the lady who helped us was extremely polite, professional, and kind. She explained everything very nicely and even guided us on how we could get the work done elsewhere. Her customer service was truly excellent and made our experience pleasant. Really appreciated her positive attitude and helpful nature. Thank you for being so kind and respectful!
just replace my tires here today, amazing job. have been here over a dozen times for tires and oil and I always get an excellent service no matter who I speak with or who works on my car, thanks again for the great work
Wow. Two sets of line: tires and oil change. Fast. They will ask if you want to test your lights and other stuff. If you decline, they won't insist (unlike at Mr. Lube). Service was polite and great. I will come back each year to change my oil here. Again, very fast even during tire changing season...
