We had a great experience with Distinctive for the upgrade of our bathroom. From the design process, choosing of materials, through to the handling of the project itself, all was handled wonderfully. The contractors were terrific in their communication - letting us know when and what they were doing each step of the project. We are very happy with the result of our upgrade and would go back to Distinctive for future projects.

As soon as we met our designer Kelly, we knew we wanted to work with her. She was amazing, knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with. Came up with a design we hadn't considered and went with hers. Thrilled we did. Loved the weekly schedules so we knew what was coming. Everyone involved always answered our questions patiently. Every person in the crew we met was lovely. Shoutout to Kim and Dawson who were great leads and seemed to perform magic. Have recommended to friends.
